At a "many people" Inbox, like a Sales Inbox, you can see the responsible person and it was assigned at once.
Threads view
Groups email by internal RFC Field "References" and allows easy view of them.
HTML Preview
Sandboxes mode preview to protect you from malign javascript code.
You can quickly assign a user, which is displayed at the email list.
Attach dialog
The searchbox searches in all datatables (can be configured), so it finds invoices, partners and so.
Suggestions are made based on email.
